For giving the rigid tape parallel to the edge of the fabric

• simplify sticking rigid tape to the fabric
• accelerate correct and parallel tape sticking to fabric
• eliminate waving of the fabric after inserting the bottom bar
• eliminate garbage sticking to the tape, when tape is on the table
