Cutbooster PA-1

The PA-1 is the basis for effective cutting. All you need to do is enter the dimension and the fender instantaneously moves to the preset distance with an amazing accuracy. It fits every type of saw (aluminum, steel, PVC)

Cut three times faster and with even greater accuracy

Using a Cutbooster with an automatic positioning device, you can quickly set the length of the element being cut. All you need to do is enter the dimension using the touch screen; the fender immediately adjusts to the set distance with the accuracy of 0.25 mm

The Cutbooster performs self-calibration and maintains the dimensions by using a servomotor.

Thanks to the Draco Connect system, you can send a cutting list directly to your ERP system or upload it using a USB flash drive. You do not need to remember the number of cuts, the required length and the change of material: the system receives the order and coordinates its implementation, which significantly speeds up the work and excludes the possibility of any production errors.

Cut without losses

Thanks to the CutLogic software, you can start making maximum use of your materials by optimizing the cutting order so as to minimize the quantity of waste (even down to 0.5%!). The system makes calculations for your order and then sends them to the machine. As a result, you can save both time and material.
