Fully automatic cutting
Cutbooster PA-3 is a fully automatic section cutting line that does the work for you. The PA-2 has a magazine that feeds the material to be cut, an automatic saw that cuts sections into a preset number of pieces, and a receiving station where the cut pieces are stored.
Feeding and receiving magazine
Before cutting, profiles or all packets are kept in the feeding magazine. The magazine can contain up to 15 packets, which are sequentially fed to be cut in accordance with the schedule. The cut pieces are kept in the receiving magazine.
Full control in the panel and reduction of waste to a minimum
The entire cutting process can be controlled using the touch panel. You have access to the cutting list, the order import system, and the waste reduction system. Thanks to the CutLogic software, you can make the maximum use of the materials and reduce waste to as little as 0.5%!
Data transfer
The Draco Connect system makes it possible to send orders from the ERP system or from a prepared file directly to the machine via a Wi-Fi network or a USB port. You do not need to remember the number of cuts, the required length and the change of material: the system receives the order and coordinates its implementation.

Label printer
The work on the cutting stand can be enhanced even further by using a code reader and a label printer. A code reader allows you to instantly scan a given dimension from a list, while with a label printer each element that has been cut can be instantly labeled and described.
